This is your opportunity to leave a lasting imprint in the realm digital health.About the RoleThe Digital Solutions team have a Full-time, ongoing role as an APS5 Executive Assistant to start as soon as possible. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level executive support to a division head, acting as the primary point of contact and embodying the values and culture of the Agency. This role involves managing the division head's email and schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring the division head is well-prepared for all engagements. This role also involves handling confidential information with discretion, managing correspondence, and prioritising tasks to optimise the head of the division's time and efficiency. By anticipating needs and proactively addressing potential issues, the Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the division.In addition to these duties, the APS5 Executive Assistant is responsible for training and developing new executive support staff, fostering a collaborative network across the Agency to ensure seamless executive support. The office environment is dynamic and fast-paced, often presenting competing and complex challenges.
