About the role:
We are seeking an astute analyst that has intermediate skills in MS Excel and demonstrates the ability to analyse, design and improve the end-to-end process of Supplier pricing changes. They will be able to influence and determine competitive costs, liaise with key stakeholders and build strong relationships with suppliers.
Responsiblities include:
1. Manage all requests from Suppliers & staff
2. Log all Supplier Price and/or Product changes & communicate changes to the wider business
3. Maintain central repository of all Supplier agreements
4. Perform cost change analysis
5. Update system with Supplier Price and/or Product changes
6. Work closely with Purchasing in ensuring Supplier Prices are correct
7. Develop & maintain process of Supplier changes
8. Provide input and support as part of the national pricing team to customer and pricing related requests
9. Maintain strong relationships with Suppliers to ensure competitive prices are attained
10. Maintaining a safe and complaint workplace for our staff and customers
About You:
11. Intermediate skills and experience in MS Excel
12. Attention to detail and the ability to see patterns, trends, or missing pieces
