We are currently seeking a senior communications executive to develop strategic advocacy campaigns and to lead the geographically dispersed team who will implement them. The GM Communications will work closely with our policy and government relations team to support the CEO and Board in highlighting the vital role of our industry in supporting the transition to a net-zero economy. To succeed in this role, you will need a background in senior communications roles, ideally in a peak body or advocacy setting with a focus on Canberra's press gallery. You will need experience in team leadership, campaign management, and a deep understanding of politics.
