About the Role
* Check guests in and out, responding to enquiries and providing information about our facilities and services.
* Answer incoming calls and emails, responding professionally and timely.
* Assist reservation enquiries with rates, availability, packages, and facilities.
* Ensure guest accounts are set up and updated accurately.
* Communicate guest requests & issues to appropriate departments promptly and efficiently.
