You'll also play a key role in: Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's values Consistently raising performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent Utilizing and exploiting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the district manager and director of stores Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team and working in partnership with the wider team Energizing your team to deliver first-class customer service within a fast-paced environment Every day will bring new and exciting challenges to think creatively, work strategically, and continuously explore to lead your store to success. You'll shine here if you enjoy: Creating Amazing Customer Experience: Lead your team to provide clients with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty through promoting positive behaviours to elevate client experience. Managing Day-to-Day Store Operations: Drive operational initiatives including brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand and culture. Developing Sales and Budget Strategies: Manage the profit and loss for your store including monitoring stock levels to maximize sales and profitability and identifying, analyzing, and forecasting sales or issues. Enhancing Our Culture: Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition. Maintaining Results: Monitor the KPIs that drive our business to measure performance, improve, and achieve our vision of being the most loved beauty community. We would love to hear from you if: You have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience You're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills You're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed You have a knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels You enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings Please keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs.
