At the end of the training program, CALHN will work with the employee to find a suitable placement within SA Health for the remainder of the 3 year contract.

About you
We’re looking for an individual who demonstrates both a strong academic foundation and a compassionate approach to patient care. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
4. Qualifications : A Bachelor of Medicine (or equivalent), with Provisional/Limited Registration as an Intern with the Medical Board of Australia.
5. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills : High-level negotiation and communication abilities, with genuine empathy for patients and their families, and confidence in discussing medical matters with them.
6. Problem Solving & Decision Making : Competent in clinical problem solving and making decisions that support patient care and well-being.
7. Teamwork & Pressure Handling : Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also thriving independently, and the capability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising patient care.
