About You Experience as a Restaurant/Venue Manager in the fast food/QSR industry. Experience leading and managing large high-performing teams. A hunger and drive to grow your business. Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays – we don't do overnights! Your Day to Day at Grill'd Work alongside your team to drive sales growth and engagement. Manage rosters, team recruitment, stock management & compliance. Support ongoing team development through check-ins, performance reviews and talent pipelines. Manage business financials and create action plans that directly impact your restaurant's P&L.
