JOB DESCRIPTION The Shire of Capel has major ambitions for the growth of its existing townsites of Capel and Boyanup and for economic development through the delivery of a new agri-business precinct as well as enhancing its tourism offer. We are seeking a Senior Development Planner with at least 3 years' experience in statutory and/or strategic planning to join our Development Services team. You will manage a range of complex development proposals, including Local Structure Plans, subdivisions and major development applications, in order to achieve great outcomes for our Shire, and share your expertise and enthusiasm to help develop our team's capabilities.
