We have employees who have been with the Company for over 10, 15, and 20 years.What we offerSecure permanent employment with an essential services business with over 50 years of experience.Annual fitness reimbursement.Company Superannuation including Income Protection.Mid-year events, annual Christmas parties, and kids Christmas parties.Free annual flu vaccinations and skin checks.Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Participate in draws to win AFL Tickets for the West Coast Eagles and Dockers games.The positionThe core responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:Ensure all EIC project works are implemented without any recordable injuries or environmental reportable events.Monitor and control the execution of EIC project deliverables ensuring they meet the applicable standards and internal specifications.Supervise contractor and internal EIC works to ensure strict compliance with project requirements, construction safety management plan, and any applicable regulatory requirements.Develop minor scope of work documents and minor tender packages.Collaborate in the development of major scope of work documents and major tender packages.Review tenders and vendor supplied documentation and check against project specific standards and specifications.Ensure installation and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with the relevant local and Australian standards, project design, and test verification documentation.Ensure project handover documentation is comprehensive and all as-built information is supplied to the client.Assist in the ongoing development of EIC documentation to ensure statutory, regulatory, and internal expectations are consistently met.Manage and report on actual and forecasted project costs.Develop project schedules to monitor and track progress of EIC works, including subcontractors and suppliers.Develop electrical estimates for capital expenditure requests and project feasibility.The successful candidateWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who has:Electrical and Instrument Trade qualification - Western Australia A Grade Electrical Licence and Certificate IV in Instrumentation.Minimum 5 years trade experience and minimum 3 years project supervision experience in an industrial EIC maintenance or construction role related to the process industry or resources sector.Completion of Electrical Contractor Training (Nominees) is desirable.Hazardous area wiring experience is desirable.Hazardous area installation and maintenance qualification is desirable.For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to join a secure, well-established, and successful business which provides significant career development prospects.To submit your application please do so by clicking the "Apply for this job" link and submitting your current resume and cover letter outlining how you meet the above criteria.Applications close on Friday, 7 March 2025.
