Role Overview: The successful candidate will provide essential contract administration support to a small, highly skilled team of Contracts and Category Specialists.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offer expertise in contract administration, supporting procurement processes including source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, and supplier relationship management.
* Foster a high-performance team culture rooted in professionalism, innovation, and collaboration.
* Ensure compliance with company obligations and stakeholder requirements.
* Drive improvements in procurement governance, education, and enforcement.
* Promote company values and maintain a positive and inclusive team environment.
* Assist internal customers with contract requirements, obligations, and performance management.
* Handle tendering, evaluation, and contractual documentation.
* Collaborate with safety, environmental, and compliance teams to align contracts with company standards.
* Maintain and enhance reporting within the Category Management team.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the industrial or construction sectors.
* Familiarity with contracts, procurement systems, and governance frameworks.
* Proven ability to assess contractual claims and handle variations.
* Strong understanding of procurement compliance, legislation, and trends.
* Exceptional planning, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement tools like Ariba.
