Tasks & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced senior legal practitioner with a strong background in Property and Commercial litigation matters to work alongside our Practice Principal. In this rare opportunity you will:Mentor, advise and supervise junior lawyers.Manage a substantial caseload and providing expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients.Manage and supporting support the team to ensure the delivery of top-tier client service.Liaising with a broad range of clients, other parties, government agencies and financial institutions to produce successful client outcomes.Oversee client relationship management.Draft complex correspondences, commercial agreements and court documents.Qualifications & experience Minimum of 10 years post-admission experience as a reliable and experienced general practitioner across various legal matters .Expertise in handling complex matters, with strong skill in legal analysis, advocacy and negotiations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear advice and negotiate positive outcomes. Highly organised, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
