This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in both statutory and strategic urban planning to deliver valuable insights on land use, development potential, due diligence, master planning, and the approval process.
Your technical knowledge and professional approach will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, driving project success, and fostering long-term partnerships.You will :Provide a range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process and management;Draft submissions, proposals and advice for clients;Respond quickly and communicate in a clear, concise and transparent manner to internal and external clients;Provide input into draft proposals, tenders and submissions for projects;Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives and Planning's Business Plan;Work alongside other professionals on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, working to specification, to deadlines, within budget and with a commercial outcome;Prepare weekly timesheets and input to monthly accounts.About You :Tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban / Town Planning or a related discipline.Minimum 2-3 years experience in statutory or strategic planning required, ideally gained in a consultancy or local government environment.Why Urbis?As a member of our team, you will have the benefit of :Working in an environment that is inclusive, supports flexibility, and welcomes diversity.
