Operation Administration OfficerNational 1 Plumbing & Maintenance Services are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer -Scheduler assistance, Data Entry, Planner & General Administration This full time role would suit a highly motivated individual who enjoys a variety of tasks, strives for precision in all work undertakings and tackles challenges with a positive can-do attitude.Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:- Working with Simpro for inputting new jobs, inputting new estimates and quotes - Training can be providedWorking with Simpro for scheduling and planning with other team members - Training can be providedProducing purchase orders at the request of trades, Project managers and supervisorsAssisting customers for planning and scheduling of the work, updates for existing workAssisting Project Managers and Fieldworkers to maintain the flow of work in the business.Data entry, and data evaluation for accuracy and assistance to managementDisplay a proactive approach to improve upon process and procedures, demonstrating innovative thinking and collection of information to come to informative decisions.Assist key staff in general day-to-day activities in administration.Provide support to management to ensure all HSEQ documentation is maintained through the course of the business activities.To learn and grow with the business and become proficient as ancillary support to the trades most particularly the plumbers and gasfitters. This will require a continued effort to learn about componentry and systems of work that is carried out by the plumbing trades.Assist project managers and supervisors where required to ensure the smooth operation of their work is maintained.To develop the ability in quoting for maintenance and minor works plumbing jobs and demonstrated customer service skills.Ability to forward plan labour requirements and communicate to the Service Manager and admin staffAnswering calls and assisting all stakeholders with their enquiriesProcessing of paperwork; scanning, processing of claims, invoicing as requested from the businessAssisting in cross business administration and cover off electrical trades on the above list of administration tasks The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum 3 years' administration experienceIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Experience with simPRO job management software will be looked on favourably.High level of accuracy and attention to detailA responsible and mature outlook, with a positive, can-do attitudeKey requirements: Verification of qualifications/licenses will be undertaken along with pre-employment medicals and background police checks for the successful candidate
