A rare opportunity now exists for an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to join our Arbitration team in Brisbane, supporting a fantastic partner and a team of lawyers. This role will be well suited to an exceptionally organised and proactive administrative assistant who is capable of prioritising and taking responsibility for their day-to-day tasks and successfully help to manage competing priorities.
A dedicated legal assistant who learns quickly and is highly skilled at communicating with clients and delivering exceptional service with every interaction. Experience working within an Arbitration and commercial litigation practice will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities: High level inbox management Managing calendars and appointments Liaising with clients and stakeholders File management and matter opening Preparation of court documents and briefs Billing, time coding and reporting Assisting with events and business development activities Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings Required Skills and Personal Attributes: Outstanding organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and commitments High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) Advanced knowledge of Aderant Expert Billing or other finance related software Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients At Corrs, we help you achieve your ambition - at every stage of your career.
