If you want to be part of something truly meaningful, and you are ready for the challenge, then we want to hear from you.Who are we seeking?If you are an experienced and operationally focused Executive Housekeeper who is committed to excellence and exceeding guest expectations in relation to cleanliness, you will have strong communication, conflict resolution skills, and be a compassionate and patient leader.Key DutiesManage housekeeping services for 2 hotels, including the 5 Star Luxury Sails in the Desert Hotel (228 Rooms) and the 3 Star Budget Style Accommodation, The Lost Camel (100 Rooms).Lead a large-scale housekeeping and public area team of 47 FTE across the two properties.Train, mentor, and support NITA Trainees while on the job to complete their certificate.Oversee regular maintenance projects, e.g., regular spring cleaning, mattress rotation, carpet shampooing, and grout cleaning.Maintain daily cost control ensuring costs are minimized and profit generation is maximized by achieving good productivity.The Best PartThere will be a full handover of the position from our current Executive Housekeeper who has been with us for over 20 years!
