This position offers significant opportunities for learning, development, and professional growth. About the Role Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals through tailored therapy plans. Observe and evaluate patients to assess the nature and extent of their psychological disorders. Help patients establish realistic goals and advise on suitable treatment options. Plan and conduct programs to address mental health challenges. Administer therapy to address psychological issues and support patient recovery. Conduct patient follow-ups and manage referrals appropriately. Communicate effectively with patients and team members. Work independently and manage your time efficiently. Demonstrate a strong understanding of a person-centred approach. Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with participants. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. You should be adaptable, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor of Psychology or equivalent (AHPRA registration required). Membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience working in the mental health industry. Experience working with Autism and other disabilities.
