Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager in executing the store strategy, leading and developing a team of Customer Advisors to drive sales and high standards of customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Store Manager to create a high-performing team by coaching and empowering others to fulfil operational requirements and achieve their performance targets.

Your Responsibilities:
* Oversee the induction of new team members
* Couch the store's team to meet (and exceed) store targets
* Help support your team with customer query escalations
* Act as the Store Manager's right-hand person, stepping up to act as Store Manager when needed
* Execute business initiatives in-store to meet financial and customer key metrics
* Lead from the front and help motivate the team, fostering an awesome store culture
* Organise the store floor and team's work schedules to meet customer demand
You:
* Have previous experience in a retail leadership/assistant management role
* Can energize and drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success
* Lead from the front and are able to influence and build rapport with a diverse and varied team
* Are able to resolve customer issues with ease and put a creative spin on problem-solving
* Are an excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through change
