Your primary responsibilities will revolve around designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs and workshops tailored to the diverse needs of our research community. As the Research Training and Researcher Development Advisor, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with academic staff, research students, and industry partners to identify and address their professional development requirements. From developing comprehensive curricula to facilitating interactive workshops, you will empower researchers with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in their respective fields. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To excel in this role, you should possess a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, along with proven experience in developing and delivering research training programs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders. A deep understanding of research methodologies, ethics, and academic integrity is also highly desirable.
