Position: IT & AV Support TechnicianLocation: St Leonards, Sydney NSW or Auckland, New ZealandsystemsGo is seeking an IT Support Technician to be part of a team based in St Leonards at our client's office.The client is a global medical technology company which works to make healthcare ever better.The candidate will have excellent communication skills and a track record for providing great customer service.You will have a unique opportunity to work in challenging IT environments to allow you to develop your IT skills.Responsibilities (but not limited):Provide Level 2 and Level 3 desktop support at client's officeProvide helpdesk and remote support for IT and AV equipmentComplete project tasks as instructed by the clientOccasional after-hours work with appropriate compensationRequirements:Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directlyAble to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively2+ years experience in IT helpdesk role or technical support roleComfortable working in a teamMicrosoft MCP certification preferredExperience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10 upgrade, IP phones, SharePoint, etc.Experience with AV systems and providing meeting supportExperience with helpdesk ticketing systems including ServiceNowDiploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology is preferred but not essentialAdditional:Parking is available on site#J-18808-Ljbffr
