With full time or part time options available (minimum 30 hours/week), our 12-month program is coupled with an additional Consolidation Year to further support your transition to practice and develop your clinical skills and knowledge. We have a 24/7 Emergency Department, covering a full range of medical and surgical specialty areas, including highly complex surgeries. Backed by the latest technology and expertise, we offer 15 theatres, including a hybrid theatre, diagnostic cardiology, two cardiac cath labs and capabilities for cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology and more. All supported by an expanded coronary care unit and intensive care unit. Site Specific Streams available At Knox Private Hospital the following streams are on offer: Enrolled Nurse Enrolled Nurses at Healthscope perform a variety of tasks under the supervision of registered nurses. Some of the tasks that you may be responsible for, in collaboration with the Registered Nurse, include caring for a group of patients, patient admission and discharge, medication administration, wound care, pre- and post-operative care and liaising with medical staff and other health professionals.
