Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide high-level support for banking services, digital payments, and digital wallet services.
Conduct end-to-end investigations for cases related to banking and digital payments.
Contribute to the creation, improvement, and documentation of daily work processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Guide new clients through digital onboarding, particularly focusing on KYC requirements and procedures.
Build trust and security for customer requests related to mobile apps and digital payments.
Assist in the testing of new payment services provided through mobile apps and create supportive materials (FAQs) for end-users.
Requirements
Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
Availability to work 24/7 to ensure continuous support.
Previous experience in a high-level support role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
In-depth understanding of banking services, digital payments, and mobile app usage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
