Administration - Sales Administration
This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable Real Estate brand in the Illawarra region. As part of the Sales Department and a team of three admin specialists, you will be supported by established processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the sales department
* Onboard new property listings
* Prepare digital proposals
* Complete the settlement process
* Maintain client databases
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar real estate or legal administration role
* Excellent communication skills
* Good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
* Experience with Agent Box, Proposal Point, and RealHub is advantageous
