The Finance Manager will play a key role in providing strategic and commercial guidance to the CFO and Leadership Team. You will actively support strategic and significant operational decisions, improve financial performance, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous evaluation of short and long-term objectives Your responsibilities are below but are not limited to: Oversee Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting. Ensuring accurate, insightful, and timely financial reports are prepared and presented. Manage Month-End Processes. Coordinate and lead the monthly closing processes, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the deliverables. Governance and Reporting, ensuring maintenance. Oversee Cashflow Forecasting. Maintaining oversight of the company’s cash flow position. About You: We’re looking for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in a strategic, fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to partner with business units to drive profitability and growth. You’ll be highly analytical, able to filter complex data into actionable insights, and an expert at confidently communicating and presenting financial outcomes to senior leadership. Big 4, CA qualified Proven Senior Accountant/Finance Manager experience, preferably in a global context for a manufacturing or pharmaceutical business Strong IFRS knowledge (US GAAP/SOX) and a background in top-tier audit firms. Proven experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance at a senior level. Strong commercial acumen, financial modelling, and data analysis skills. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Experience in leading business planning and performance management processes including assessing business growth and investment opportunities, additionally you will be able to demonstrate strong financial controls & stewardship background.
