Join our team as a Team Leader and play a vital role in shaping the planning, delivery, and evaluation of our Mental Health Shared Care(MHSC), Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), and Integrated Team Care (ITC) programs, while providing essential clinical and operational support. About the role: The Team Leader is primarily responsible for working collaboratively to efficiently and effectively lead and contribute to the planning, delivery, reporting and evaluation of a multidisciplinary program.This includes providing clinical and operational support to MHSC, AOD and the ITC team contributing towards safe, high-quality evidence-based practice. About you: Relevant tertiary qualification suitable for Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Registration or Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, lead and mentor a team (remote team management an advantage). Ability to influence others, including the ability to educate, sponsor, coach, counsel and lead staff. Demonstrated experience working with people with mental illness and demonstrated knowledge of mental health issues and addictive behaviours What's on offer?
