About the Role: As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will be responsible for developing tailored treatment plans, providing therapy, and collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with speech and language disorders. Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals across the lifespan, including children, adults, and the elderly. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and psychologists, to provide holistic care. Educate and support families and caregivers in implementing therapy strategies at home. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements/Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology. Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
