Renowned for their excellence in both development and asset management, they are an Employer of Choice, offering team-building events and a strong focus on staff development.The Role: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the management of industrial properties. In this role, you will focus on facilities management, lease administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, while working closely with the Director and Development Manager.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all facility-related activities, ensuring maintenance requests are resolved promptly and efficiently.Coordinate with Operations Managers for the upkeep and maintenance of properties, ensuring assets are well-maintained.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and asset care.Administer and maintain all lease agreements, ensuring accurate documentation and critical date management.Assist in the preparation and execution of lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant negotiations.Monitor and manage arrears, default notices, and rent roll in collaboration with the finance team.Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and processes for all leasing documentation.Prepare and provide monthly reports on facilities operations, lease performance, and financial aspects to the Director and Development Manager.Identify opportunities for cost-saving and operational efficiencies in managing the facilities.Skills & Experience:Minimum 2+ years of experience in Industrial property management and lease administration, with a focus on industrial properties.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in property management and accounting software.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders.Why Join Us:Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working arrangements (WFH 1-2 days per week).Join a dynamic, collaborative team at a leading property management firm.Apply now or please call Hayley on 0410 789 088 for more information or email your CV to hthaiphayak@goughrecruitment.com.au.
