The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documents.
They will also work collaboratively with team members, providing mentorship to junior staff and ensuring assignments are completed to the highest standard for review by senior management.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documents for various entities.
Manage BAS/IAS, FBT, PAYG, and other government compliance obligations.
Maintain accurate records, process journal entries, and review trial balances.
Mentor junior staff and collaborate effectively within the team.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments while maintaining productivity standards.
Participate in professional development, including CPA/CA qualifications.
Stay updated on tax laws, accounting standards, and best practices.
Address client queries using technical expertise and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience: Degree-qualified and actively pursuing CPA/CA certification.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
Skills: Technical knowledge of accounting and tax systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to prepare financial statements and manage compliance matters.
