Experience it here.Your responsibilities will include:About the role:This is an excellent opportunity to join Lockheed Martin's Systems Engineering function and work on High Frequency programs.
Primarily, you will provide the provisioning of HF Program expertise to support the development of systems engineering artefacts supporting the degree of compliance to the contracted technical specifications.Reporting to the Engineering Lead, you will execute the following activities:Oversee and support the development and maintenance of HF program system architectural models and external interface definitionsDevelop and deliver HF Program Design documentationOversee and contribute to the preparation and successful conduct of engineering Milestone ReviewsInteract with specialty engineering teams (integration, safety, logistics and support, testing) to maintain consistency and system complianceUndertake requirements analysis processes and techniques with a focus on the HF Program productsGuide and support the resolution of all cross-team requirements issuesProvide domain expertise to the HF Program project as well as the larger technical engineering communityCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), within LM and our design partners, as required, to support project activities and reviews About you:To be successful in securing this position, you will have:Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline from a recognised institution, and/or equivalent relevant experience (preferably within the defence industry)Extensive experience in the design, development, integration, test and support of military systems, including utilisation of COTS componentsSignificant experience in the usage of the DOORS requirements management toolSignificant experience in the processes for integration and formal test of electrical/electronic systems in a lab environmentSignificant experience with the Windchill Configuration Management toolDemonstrated strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with personnel at different levels and from various disciplinesExperience in the Australian Defence IndustryCurrent or re-instatable NV1 Australian Defence Security ClearanceSpecial Requirements:Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.What we offer you:When you join Lockheed Martin, you work on projects you won't experience anywhere else.We offer you a range of benefits built to suit you, no matter what stage of life you are in.
