About the RoleAs a vital member of our Product & Tech Team, you will utilize your expertise to work within our ecosystem of applications, services and infrastructure using a combination of C#, Angular, T-SQL and harness the multitude of services offered by AWS including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SES and SQS.
Our team is constantly evaluating new and emerging technologies to enable faster innovation and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. Whilst this is a full-stack role, it is more back-end focused.
This role gives you the flexibility to adopt a hybrid work approach, maintaining a true work/life balance. This includes working in our centrally located South Melbourne office 3 days per week, and having the option to work from home outside of these days.

Designing, building and maintaining secure scalable softwareEnhancing the platform to empower our global customer base in delivering world-class guest experiencesTroubleshooting and debugging production issues across services and multiple levels of the stackPromoting quality through software craftsmanship, agile best practices, and continuous delivery/deployment techniquesAbout YouAdept in web-based software engineering with 2+ years experienceKnowledgeable with relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL ServerSkilled in envisioning, building and shipping web-based services in a distributed environment into production that meet consumer needs and solve business problemsProficient with AWS, or other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud PlatformsExperienced with Angular and Typescript, and a desire to build your skills in these areasA self-starter who finds practical solutions to challenging problems and enjoys simplifying complexityCurious and thrive on being involved, with a desire to collaborate with teammates distributed across different timezonesTeam-oriented and people focusedPassionate about learning new things and encouraging others to learn and shareWhat You Can ExpectInitial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager
