Your strategic vision, leadership, and Grocery expertise will be critical in building partnerships to achieve sales and profit targets, grow market share, and create mutual value. Your proven cross-functional track record in Sales and Marketing within the FMCG sector and ability to demonstrate strategic thinking will be key to success. In your hands.Main responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of the strategic account plan for our Grocery Channel, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving growth in market share and profitabilityActively influence and engage with key stakeholders at key Grocery customers to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives and achievement of budget targets. Demonstrate dedication to shaping decisions and outcomes that support our financial goalsManage, coach and mentor the Key Account team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring that team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve their personal and business goalsTake an enterprise-wide view to leadership, driving collaboration and alignment across all internal teams and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with marketing, and supply chain teams to develop and execute integrated strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and ensure stock availability and accurate demand forecastingWork in partnership with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels, forecast accuracy, and timely replenishment for Grocery customers.
