Remuneration: Stream C, Level 10: $3,048.96 per fortnight + Overtime + Allowances + Superannuation

We are currently recruiting a Diesel Fitter / Mechanic to join our Emerald team. This role is primarily workshop based but there will be occasions where you will be required to travel in the field and camp. You will enjoy expanding your repertoire by servicing and maintaining Central Highlands Regional Council's vast array of light and heavy mobile plant and ancillary equipment. In this permanent role, there is scope for future career development, training and progression. There is overtime available however this is optional.
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
* Trade qualifications of Diesel Fitter and/or Motor Mechanic
* Minimum Qld C class manual provisional license
* General Construction Induction Card (White)
* Experience in servicing, repairing and maintain both light and heavy plant and equipment
