About the Role Do you have a strong technical sales background and looking to bring your passion for customers and sales to a brand who is proud of their reputation? Iplex is currently on the lookout for a talented, energised, and innovative Account Manager to support our South Australian Client Base. In this role, you will manage active, new, and past clients, ensuring their needs are met on time and delivering a high level of customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy using data to develop plans that ensure your region is profitable. We are looking for someone who loves building relationships and becoming an extension of our clients' businesses, acting as a trusted advisor.
You will be working with a lot of autonomy in this role so you must be confident in designing successful call cycles, organising your week to ensure you are in front of your clients or meeting new ones! You will be confident in staying up to date with local market & competitor trends and know how to make the most of every interaction.
