About the Role As a Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and coordination of the HIF product portfolio. Your role will involve analysing market trends, executing product strategies, and working with manufacturing to optimise inventory levels. You will play a key part in the introduction of new products and ensuring the seamless management of the existing product range. Key Responsibilities Product Portfolio Management: Work alongside the Regional Business Manager to coordinate existing and new products. Identify opportunities to optimise and enhance product offerings. New Product Development: Research market trends, support sales in identifying new categories, collaborate with marketing and technical teams, and oversee commercialisation strategies. Inventory Management: Conduct monthly inventory reviews, analyse sales data, and ensure demand planning aligns with business needs. Market Analysis & Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to drive strategic decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Packaging, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of product strategies. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in product coordination, preferably within industrial or consumer goods markets. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) and D365. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
