In this role, you will have full responsibility for all personnel matters, sales, managing boutique inventory and expenses, and overseeing the customer service department. You will represent the brand in the market and therefore should maintain the highest level of professionalism, customer service and sales excellence.ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagementContinually review operational reports and records to ensure company policies and procedures are being upheldEnsuring set up and set down processes are implemented and run smoothlyDefine responsibilities of sales team making sure all tasks are being completed to the expected standardHelp solve problems that affect the store’s service, efficiency, and productivityEnsure store has adequate security and always complies with safety codesSales and Service ManagementConduct orientation and regular training.
