Job Description Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across global operations, ensuring consistency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across regions. Oversee the preparation and delivery of financial reports, providing key insights on performance, cost control, and profitability to senior leadership. Manage multiple financial systems to ensure seamless integration and accurate data reporting across regions and platforms. Collaborate with business leaders to offer financial insights and strategic recommendations on revenue optimisation and resource allocation. Provide financial advisory support to senior stakeholders, helping drive decision-making on key business initiatives and financial strategies. Lead a small finance team, guiding their development and ensuring the team is equipped to support global operations effectively. Monitor accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow management to ensure financial integrity and compliance with company policies. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulations, while working closely with auditors to support timely and accurate audit processes. Act as a key point of contact for financial matters within the global leadership team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Manager should have: Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, CIMA). Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance. Solid experience in both Financial and Management accounting, with strong analytical skills. Proven experience in global FP&A roles, working across multiple time zones and regions. Experience in e-commerce, technology, manufacturing, or other industries with complex, subscription-based business models. Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Cognos, SAP, Salesforce ) and experience managing multi-system environments. Experience with financial systems like Epicor or TM1 is an asset but not required.
