Assistant Advisor, Contracts & Commercial Performance Full-Time (35hpw) Temporary to November 2025Salary range $97,027 - $107,059 pa + superLocation flexible across Revenue NSW offices with hybrid working (Parramatta, Gosford, Maitland, Lithgow, Wollongong)This is a fast-paced role that supports Revenue NSW's end to end procurement processes.
We are looking for a bold, collaborative and enthusiastic team player who is interested in joining our small team to help us achieve quality outcomes focused on customer needs.
Key responsibilities : Be responsible for contract administration and routine procurement / contract management tasks.Provide important administrative support to the team to ensure successful delivery of services.Work effectively within a small team of professionals to support the managing contracts and supplier performance to deliver value for money and meet stakeholder needs and expectations.Have a keen eye for detail with strong analytical skills and time management.Establish and maintain appropriate stakeholder relationships to help the team identify and minimise risk, resolve issues as they arise, and maximise commercial outcomes.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate : Attention to detail and bring a strong sense of organisation and time management to successfully support the delivery of a quality procurement support service in a high-volume team.Sound knowledge of procurement / administrative systems & procedures, including records management, finance and audit.Strong financial acumen, initiative and problem-solving skills, coupled with a demonstrated ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication and collaboration skills.Ability to be articulate in explaining processes to stakeholders.Strong IT skills with software packages such as Microsoft Office and SAP, and competency in developing and maintaining spreadsheets to analyse financial data.What we need from you To apply, please attach a copy of your CV and a cover letter (maximum 2 pages) outlining your relevant experience and capabilities.
