Your day-to-day We are looking for a Senior Software Systems Administrator to manage Objective, a crown jewel recordkeeping application. Objective is used by NSW Government agencies to capture and manage business information. In this role you will provide level 2 and 3 support for day-to-day operations, deliver enhancements, and coordinate system changes.
As part of the team, you will: Monitor, analyse, and report on Objective application configuration and performance to ensure agencies' legislative recordkeeping and business requirements are metCollaborate with Records & Information Management teams to identify and analyse information management needs, identifying and delivering solutions to meet requirementsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, identify risks and continually improve the service offeringTest enhancements and upgrades to ensure their successful implementation in line with DCS' standardsManage and validate data migration activities resulting from administrative and organisational changeTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Experience in the management of information management systems such as Objective ECM or Trim Content Manager or equivalentExperience in information or records managementExperience with using Microsoft 365 applications to support and digitise business processesProven ability in using agile methodologies to deliver services and meet stakeholder needsExperience in writing procedures to document technical and functional tasksWell-developed communication, analysis, and problem-solving skillsWhat we need from you: An up-to-date CV and a brief cover letter outlining how your skills and experience are aligned to the position.
