With a strong reputation built on delivering quality outcomes, they foster a community that values leadership, integrity, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and legislation.Employee Records & Payments: Maintain employee records, process salary sacrifice payments, and reconcile superannuation contributions.Collaboration & Compliance: Work with HR and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy, reporting, and adherence to internal controls.Employee Support: Address payroll queries, resolve discrepancies, and provide guidance on payroll policies.End-of-Year & Compliance Reporting: Assist with payroll tax, superannuation, audits, and financial reporting requirements.Payroll System & Process Improvement: Maintain payroll systems, implement process enhancements, and support system updates.Leave & Entitlement Management: Track and reconcile leave balances, manage TiL records, and oversee time and attendance data.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will:Have end-to-end experience with payroll (full function)Be experienced with Synergetic, or someone who is willing and motivated to learn new processes and systems.Work efficiently within a team environment, able to communicate and liaise with all stakeholders of the business.Be available to work on-site 5-days a week in Toorak.What's on OfferWhat's on offer?Opportunity to join a leading school within Melbourne!Work in the convenient location of Toorak, with a train station at the door.Chance to work within a cohesive and supportive team environment where you will be supported in learning and developing your skills and career further.
