ABOUT THE ROLE As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be joining our team in communicating with customers using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud full platform. You will create personalized, dynamic messages and landing pages, and are fluent in Marketing Cloud scripting languages (AMPscript and SQL querying). You will also have experience using advanced segmentation, reporting and analytics, and data configuration. Some of your key responsibilities include: Work closely with cross-functional teams and lead internal stakeholders to create and execute email marketing, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing activity. Own and lead the design, hands on build, and optimisation of marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform ecosystem. Develop and implement strategies to improve marketing automation processes, enhancing efficiency and customer experience Lead and develop omni-channel automation journeys and campaigns, in marketing cloud platform, that are personalised, relevant and optimised, from start to finish, including concept development, execution, and analysis Collaborate with other functions on platform governance, including data integrity, data sharing and compliance with privacy regulations Identify innovative solutions to use cases to further leverage existing and upcoming technology capabilities and integrate with other business systems Report on results and provide recommendations on improvements ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you must have: 5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform and data platforms (Query / SQL), delivering strategic, marketing and base management-based program of works Proven track record of data transformation, analysis and management related to marketing automation initiatives Proficient in Salesforce AMPScrip Language and SQL / Query Demonstrated ability to work through CRM challenges and marketing automation processes Ability to quickly adapt strategies based on new insights, data, or feedback, aligning efforts with organisational priorities Communicates effectively across all levels of the organisation, translating technical CRM and automation insights into actionable information for non-technical stakeholders Strong stakeholder management skills - a partnership-style approach when working with cross-functional teams to drive customer lifecycle strategies.
