Women’s Health Territory Manager (Hybrid GP and Specialist)
Location: SA Adelaide South
We’re on an exciting growth trajectory at Theramex and are looking for a talented pharmaceutical sales representative to join our team.
About you:
You are an experienced pharmaceutical medical representative with a strong track record of consistent sales success. You are a self-starter with a high drive for results and exceptional communication, interpersonal and selling skills. You are passionate about working in women’s health and promoting effective solutions to HCPs that support women at every stage of their life.
You have:
• Prior pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of success
• Strong team work and collaboration skills
• Skilled in business planning, analysis and leveraging insights
• Ability to effectively communicate medical information to customers in an clear and compelling way
• Customer focused with experience using multiple tools/channels/techniques for maximum impact
• Demonstrated learning agility and commitment to personal growth and continuous
improvement
• Bachelor’s degree (science or business preferred)
• Available to travel in line with business needs
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Desirable
• Prior experience in women’s health
• Launch experience
About the role:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role promoting a portfolio of women’s health products to GPs, Specialists and other health care professionals; with accountability for delivering sales and performance targets for your territory.
Key responsibilities include:
• Achieve sales and performance targets on designated territory via effective execution of the sales and marketing strategy
• Produce and execute high quality business plans to drive business growth
• Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify business opportunities
• Build and maintain continuous learning and professional development to ensure therapeutic area expertise, deep product knowledge and an understanding of the women’s health environment
• Plan effective HCP interactions, and utilise effective selling and communication skills to tailor sales calls to each customer’s needs
• Contribute to building a constructive and high performing women’s health sales team culture
