Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: PermanentRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/weekWhat will your day look like?This role will be accountable for:Developing and implementing investment strategies aligned with ANZSS’s objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.Assisting the Head of Investment in developing new portfolios ideas to enhance the investment portfolio and deliver enhanced member outcomes.Assisting the Head of Investment in the maintenance and monitoring of ANZSS Investment Governance Framework and related investment policies.Developing and delivering member centric communication material to explain investments of ANZSS.Developing and implementing ANZSS’s sustainability program.Conducting due diligence on ANZSS investment related service providers.Monitoring and evaluating the performance of ANZSS’s investments.Cultivating relationships with external investment managers, consultants, and other stakeholders to access diverse investment opportunities and staying abreast of industry best practices.Providing reports and advice to the Head of Investments, Investment Committee, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders on ANZSS’s investment performance, outlook, and strategic initiatives.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fiduciary responsibilities, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency in all activities.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Extensive experience in investments, preferably within the Australian superannuation industry.Proven track record of successful investment strategy development and portfolio management.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Sound understanding of financial markets, asset allocation principles, and risk management approach.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make informed decisions under pressure.Member centric investment communication experience.Experience developing and implementing Sustainability (ESG) program for an investment portfolio.You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
