The Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the implementation of significant changes across the supply chain and to provide timely analytical and support to the relevant Procurement Category Manager and other key Stakeholder’s such as Estimators. You will assist in procurement market approaches or negotiations as and where required in consultation with the Procurement Manager, including the implementation of Supplier Agreements that support the business objectives. Reporting to the Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
1. Development and Maintenance of Price File and Master Item Database/Quality Control
2. Assist in the sourcing of new suppliers, including review of trail periods
3. Administer all supplier allocations as approved by Category Manager
4. Complete category specific analysis reports comparing all required elements under direction of Category Manager
5. Complete monthly performance reports benched against KPI targets
6. Assist the Contracts Administration Manager with the generation and maintenance of the supplier agreements; and
7. Other projects as nominated to be completed in full, on time, as agreed with Procurement & Supply Chain Manager.

The successful candidate will have:
18. Qualified in a business or related discipline with 2 years experience in a relevant organisation role or minimum 2 years experience in a Estimating, Site Management or related role
19. Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office/Windows environment particularly Excel
20. Knowledge and experience with distribution, logistics and forecasting systems
21. Knowledge and experience using various systems and project methodologies
22. Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
23. Ability to prioritise and coordinate available time and resources for maximum effectiveness
24. Good written and verbal communication skills
25. Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
26. Strong Procurement process understanding; and
27. Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.
