This truly is a brilliant opportunity for the right person to take a step back from those stressful sales but still be indulged in the Travel Industry!Job Description:Working closely with the General Manager and the homeworking teamQuality checking all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmationsProcessing and chasing ticketsConfirmation/cancellation invoice check and sendCorrect and amend existing bookingsAfter sales including processing refundsAssisting in the loading of bookings at busy sales periodsResponding to email queries from customers and our homeworking team membersOversee balance reports and collate staff sales and incentive paymentsAssisting the General Manager with adhoc business tasks and projectsExperience Required:At least 1 year travel industry experienceStrong administration skillsOrganisedAbility to work on your own initiative, as well as in a teamPC Literate and ability to use reservations and website booking systemsA very strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressureThe Package:Flexible working hours availableSalary up to 23k, DOEInterested?If this sounds like your next move, please send your CV to (url removed) or contact (phone number removed) for more info!
