Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Office Admin All-Rounder to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception and Showroom: Ensure the reception area is neat and organized, handle general phone inquiries, and perform other reception duties as required.
* Office Administration: Monitor work-in-progress, book freight in consultation with dealers, organize daily dispatch lists, coordinate with staff, and prepare parcels for despatch.
* Internal Sales & Retail Partner Coordination: Distribute sales-related files to accounts and account managers, consult with dealers, provide feedback to account managers, and assist with managing retail partner relationships and sales-related tasks.
Requirements:
* High level of autonomy with a 'can-do' attitude.
* Exceptional phone skills and ability to develop strong relationships.
* Eye for detail and organized manner.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
