About the Role:
As a Clinical manager you will be working collaboratively within the leadership team within this medium aged care service within the North Coast region of Tasmania!
You will thrive leading your team, providing them with the motivation & continuous development required to be able to perform their duties, whilst ensuring every resident’s clinical care needs are met & maintained in line with care planning & industry standards.
Being a hands on leader, you will be comfortable & willing to provide hands on clinical support when required.
Being an excellent communicator, you will establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents & families are comfortable & are involved in care planning & daily living goals.
Main Duties
* Provide clinical guidance to residents & care staff
* Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing in line with standards
* Accurate completion, review & updating of relevant documentation
* Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
* Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

Skills & Requirements:
* AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
* Staff mentorship & development experience.
* Up to date working knowledge & experience achieving accreditation standards
* Ability to identify & improve areas of clinical risk & quality guidelines
* Consultative & effective communication skills.
