D365 FinOps Supply Chain Functional Consultant We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Supply Chain D365 Finance & Operations (FinOps) Functional Consultant to join a 2-year program. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large international company - headquarters in Asia within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Supply Chain processes and a strong background in D365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on driving solutions across multiple regions and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) modules related to Supply Chain Management (SCM). Work closely with key stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, to gather requirements, analyse current processes, and design effective supply chain solutions. Drive business process improvement by mapping and reengineering supply chain processes within D365 F&O, with a focus on inventory management, procurement, production planning, and logistics. Provide expert guidance and best practices to ensure D365 F&O solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the organisation's global supply chain. Support end-to-end solution development, testing, and deployment, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to D365 F&O within the supply chain module, working with the technical team as necessary. Develop and deliver training and documentation for end users, ensuring smooth adoption of the new processes and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure a seamless integration of D365 F&O across the business. Provide post-implementation support and optimisation to continuously improve the efficiency of the Supply Chain system. Requirements:
Proven experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, procurement, inventory management, and production planning within a global context. At least 2 years of experience working with D365 F&O in a Supply Chain capacity. Experience with end-to-end project implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Familiarity with integration of D365 F&O with other systems and applications, particularly in global organisations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. Ability to analyse complex supply chain issues and recommend actionable solutions. Experience working within a large international organisation is highly desirable. A background in manufacturing processes and systems is a significant advantage. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other relevant supply chain management certifications is a plus.
