THE ROLE: Based in Neutral Bay, this role will see you managing a well-maintained portfolio of 180 properties with strong administrative and leasing support to help you excel.
You will be responsible for working within a team, demonstrating commitment and loyalty while performing all duties in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality service delivery to owners and tenants Build and maintain strong client relationships Oversee all aspects of property management, including inspections, leasing, and maintenance coordination Manage rental arrears and tribunal appearances, aiming for minimal disputes Work towards property management targets and report on key performance indicators Attend to maintenance issues, liaising with tradespeople and strata representatives Conduct regular routine inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations Develop advertising copy and prepare leasing documentation WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Essential:
Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration Current Driver's Licence and own vehicle Strong administration skills – organised, detail-oriented, and systems-focused Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Desirable:
