The role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of your branch, including all sales, service, quotes, enquiries, fitting, and product support. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, effective inventory control, people management and driving a strong safety focus. You will exceed the expectations of customers by managing the quality of products and services and delivering the ultimate customer experience.To help you do this, we will provide you with your own top of the line 4WD work vehicle kitted out with Norweld accessories! While you will be based at the branch day-to-day, you will also get the opportunity to attend 4x4 trade shows around the country and connect with customers and the community to help them achieve their Norweld dream. Your responsibilities will include: Support the brand in your local market and continue to build effective relationships with customers, partners, vehicle dealerships and 4x4 and accessory stores Oversee daily operations of the branch, including customer service and sales activities and making or recommending improvements as needed Increase branch productivity and output by performing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities Contribute to the development and implementation of the sales plan in your region to meet company goals Liaise closely with the Sales and Marketing Team and Customer Service Manager regarding sales, fitting schedule, and customer service Work with salespersons in your region (and nationally) to ensure customers receive the complete Norweld experience WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have: Relevant management experience in a workshop or automotive environment Proven ability achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets Excellent quality of work and time management skills Ability to self-manage time and responsibilities while working with autonomy Customer orientation with focus on delivering first class service to clients and staff Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-skilled team environment Strong, ongoing commitment to workplace health & safety Sound knowledge of 4x4 Makes, Models and popular accessories and brands Passion for the outdoors, off-roading and camping is a plus!
