Job Description
The Role
The Finance Officer role is a reconciliation officer-based position at Beyond Bank Australia Ltd pivotal in supporting the Finance Team to meet both team and corporate objectives. This involves the timely and accurate provision of financial and non-financial information to the Board and Management. They will be responsible for the daily Phoenix-Sun Interface and Cash Forecast for Treasury in an efficient and timely manner. This role will also be involved with maintaining Daily Reconciliation for the Bank Account (NAB S1) and Trial Balance. In this position a high level of service is required to be provided to both internal and external customers. Reconciling Travelex and Convera foreign currency transactions. Performing general ledger reconciliations. Maintaining knowledge of and accurately following current financial policies and procedures. Providing back up support to the Finance Team. Training & development will also be provided in other key responsibilities of the Finance team including reconciling the trial balance daily, investigating, researching and correcting discrepancies, to provide back up support, and as a potential future growth opportunity. The primary focus is to deliver exceptional service to the Group, ensuring all financial processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
