Office & Experiences Coordinator We’re excited to announce an opportunity at our established Early Learning School in Perth. Your key responsibilities will include: – Work closely with the School Director and Pedagogista (Educational Leader) to deliver exceptional, high-quality customer service, safe learning environments and care to children and families. Provide administrative and support services to the staff, children and families. – Carry out reception duties, including telephone and email correspondence, maintaining multiple calendars, greeting visitors, providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the school and the general upkeep of the front of the school. – Managing internal and external waitlists, as well as the enrolment process with the use of the CRM system. Responding to parent enquiries, leading the school tours and coordinating family orientation visits. – Managing parent accounts and payments. Issuing parent invoice/statements and processing direct debit. Assisting with payment queries. – Provide support to the Management team as required and bring relevant information or recommendations to the weekly meetings. – Onboarding new families and employees. – Provide clear and consistent communication between families and staff. Communicate extensively with clarity and transparency. – Inputting data using excel formats and Smartsheet’s. – Immediately report maintenance, supply and service requirements. Liaise with contractors when required. – Live the school core values and communicate any concerns, opportunities, or improvements in the school operations. To be successful in this position, you will require: – Excellent communication skills including written and verbal English skills and high attention to detail – Approachable and friendly demeanor with the ability to form strong partnerships and connections with the management team, whole school team and with the families. – Proficient in MS Office packages – Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload and the ability to meet deadlines – Enthusiastic, positive, and outgoing attitude to fit our school culture and ethos – Ability to work autonomously where required as well as part of a team – An ability to obtain a Western Australia Working With Children Check and less than 6 month old Police Clearance Desirable but not essential – Previous experience and knowledge in the Early Childhood Education industry or other education setting – Previous experience of childcare software management programs such as SmartCentral or EarlyWorks. – Knowledge and understanding of the NQF, NQS and associated regulations.
